Perm-O-Green Lawn is looking to fill a customer service position CSR Client Management Specialist at the Wichita Falls headquarters location. This a full-time position.
Drug test & Background check required. Pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Data entry- strong computer skills required
- Maintain and build relationships with clients
- Inputting customer information accurately
- Inbound & outbound phone customer service
- General office duties
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements: Must be willing to learn a NEW user-friendly program.
Experience: 1 year of customer service experience
Skills:
- Self-starter
- Critical thinking
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Customer service phone skills
- Organization
- Multi-tasking
- Ability to duplicate without error
- Strong typing speed is a plus

The business is seasonal - This means it is a very busy office environment in season. We are open all year.
Full-time: 8 am-5 pm Monday - Friday.
